Send tokens

Freighter offers a straightforward process for sending money, one of the core features of any wallet.

To get started, open Freighter and select the "Send" button. You can also select the token you would like to send from your balances, and then select the "Send" button within the token's details page.

Select the token you'd like to send if you didn't come from the token's details page. You can select the token from your list of balances or search for the token if you hold many.

Enter the amount of the selected token you'd like to send. Alternatively, you can select the USD value displayed directly below to choose how much of the token you'd like to send denominated in USD.

Finally, select either the "Send to" button and provide the destination address. You can either paste an address you copied earlier or select one of the addresses you've previously sent to listed below the search bar.

Select "Review" to review the transaction. You can also select "Transaction details" to view the transaction's parameters.

You can optionally configure the transaction's settings, such as the inclusion fee and timeout period.

When you're ready to execute the transaction, select "Confirm". Freighter will send your transaction and wait for it to execute. Once it completes, you can select "View transaction" to view its details, and select "View on stellar.expert" to view the transaction on a block explorer.
